Selling metals into Europe: the rules that stack up

In short: a European order has to clear five layers: the material standard, the certificate type, pressure-equipment rules, CBAM carbon reporting for EU imports since 1 January 2026,[1] and the trade terms, including the UK–India FTA from 15 July 2026.[4] Bright Tubes quotes with all five addressed for Germany, Italy, France and the UK.
