- Excavator buckets and blades
- Chutes, hoppers and skip liners
- Crusher and screen parts
- Conveyor wear strips
- Tipper bodies and container floors

Cutting, bending and welding
Follow the mill's recommendations for minimum bend radius, preheat and welding consumables. Use low-hydrogen fillers, control heat input, and avoid overheating cut edges, which can soften the plate.

Frequently asked questions
Which Hardox grades do you supply?
Hardox 400, Hardox 450, Hardox 500, Hardox 550, Hardox 600 (nominal hardness classes), in the thicknesses available from the mill.
Are Hardox plates the same as generic AR plates of the same hardness?
They belong to comparable nominal hardness classes, but chemistry, toughness, thickness range and guaranteed properties differ between mills. Compare datasheets rather than assuming equivalence.
Can Hardox plates be cut to size?
Yes. Plates can be supplied cut to size or profile-cut to drawing.
