Incoloy Alloys
Iron-nickel-chromium alloys that bridge stainless steels and nickel alloys: 800-series for high-temperature strength, and 825 for acid and sour-service corrosion.
Incoloy grades
- Incoloy 800Incoloy 800 (Alloy 800, UNS N08800) is an iron-nickel-chromium alloy with good strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and carburisation, used mainly up to about 600 °C for strength-governed design.
- Incoloy 800HIncoloy 800H (Alloy 800H, UNS N08810) is the controlled-carbon, coarse-grain version of Alloy 800, with high creep and stress-rupture strength for service above about 600 °C.
- Incoloy 800HTIncoloy 800HT (Alloy 800HT, UNS N08811) is an 800H-type alloy with tighter carbon and combined aluminium-plus-titanium control, giving the highest creep-rupture strength of the Alloy 800 family.
- Incoloy 825Incoloy 825 (Alloy 825, UNS N08825) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with molybdenum, copper and titanium additions, giving excellent resistance to sulphuric and phosphoric acids, sour gas and chloride stress corrosion cracking.
